I had a lot of energy yesterday and around 9pm did the saline wash. ICK! I will tell you I much rather do the saline wash than endure the effects of the herbal laxative tea. I drank sixteen ounces of warm salt water. I went from endless energy to a bloating zombie and went to bed. I felt some rumblings in my stomach and sure enough… it was showtime. No pain though. Just a lot of solitary confinement in the bathroom.
And that’s all I have to say about that.
I drank the lemonade this morning and I’m sick of drinking it. I have read so many websites about people craving it and enjoying it… I like it, but I’m quite tired of it. Been drinking lots of water today.
I’ve been contemplating drinking the orange juice tomorrow and coming off the fast. Ian is on his second day so I feel like I have to go for day ten. Just missing actual food… I have decided to keep off caffeine, alcohol and processed food. Organic and natural.
We did buy food to start the liver cleansing diet which we’ll start in a couple of weeks. Great thing about that cleanse is there is food involved. Did I mention how I miss food?
I’ll admit, I do feel good. Lots of energy. I guess one does get energy when they aren’t so full of shit, huh?

I woke up this morning excited. I drank my juice and was surprised at how good I felt. No hunger pains. I came home for lunch and drank two more glasses. Ian made a fantastic dinner for him and the kids… mmm. The food smells good, but I’m not hungry. I just got finished drinking my herbal laxative tea and going to bed. All in all, a good day.

I’m sick of the lemonade. Drinking lots of water.
Today was actually a great day. Lots of energy. And guess what? Ian is doing the cleanse too! I can’t believe it.
I woke up at 6 this morning,did some laundry and got Eden Marie ready for dance class. After dance class, I picked up the other kids because Ian had a basketball game. Drank more juice before leaving the house. Took the kids to the bookstore to get Eric the first Harry Potter book and then we stayed for Story Time. We left and headed to Bee Boppers for Eden Marie and Jacob’s music class. Lots of fun. Then took all four kids for haircuts and got the kids lunch. I WASN’T STRESSED OUT and felt really good.
I don’t know if I’ve lost weight, I can’t tell. I can tell you, my skin doesn’t feel dry, I pee every ten seconds and have a lot of energy. Not only that, it seems my memory is restored. I don’t call my boys by my girls’ names anymore. Which they appreciate… of course.

Massive headache today. I cheated and ate a banana. Couldn’t help it. Drank all the juice today and gallons of water. Still have a headache. Drank more juice and did the saline wash before bed. Saline wash works just like the herbal tea… but faster. Only an hour of labor this time. I think I gave birth to triplets.

OWWWWW. I’m in pain. That freaking tea. I forgot this is what they made me drink to induce labor with Eden Marie. Seriously, my stomach is cramping so bad, I am beginning to think I am pregnant and about to give birth. I’ll let you know what we name the baby.
(night) I am not drinking the tea tonight. How do people do this fast and go to work with stomach pains like this? I’m not talking about a little pain here… I’m talking giving birth to a twelve pound baby pain. Seriously.
I drank my juice and I’m craving chocolate. Chocolate upon chocolate… which is SO IRONIC considering the pain I’ve been in. I think it is the juice. Maybe it is causing a mental breakdown because of the combination of pain and lack of food? Something to think about.
