With Mothers Day on the horizon, I thought this the perfect time to share with you all the amazing things Christina Carlino is doing for women. She has embarked on a journey to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Fund and The Entertainment Industry Women’s Cancer Research Fund by donating 100% of proceeds from her new interactive journal, The Changing Room: A Mothers Journal of Gratitude to Her Little Girl.

This journal helps you document all the small amazing moments that tend to get lost in the bustle of our daily lives. Christina asks questions and shares her own stories to inspire you to draw out those precious memories. Its different from a baby book because it focuses on your memories and experiences as a mother in those first years. The will surely become a treasured keepsake for your daughter.

Mariska Hargitay has joined forces with Christina for her Joyful Heart Foundation, which benefits survivors of rape, incest and abuse. This is what she had to say about the book:
